Refund & Returns Policy — Ollroots

At ollroots, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and transparent return and refund process.


🔹 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

    • Products can be returned within 03 days of delivery.

    • A valid order ID, invoice, or proof of purchase is required.

❗ Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

    • Opened or used products

    • Hair serums, dermarollers, topical treatments, or consumable beauty items once opened

    • Products not in their original condition

    • Items damaged due to customer misuse

    • Free gifts or promotional items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.


🔹 2. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Share your order number and a clear photo/video of the product and packaging

    1. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility

    1. If approved, we will schedule a pickup through our delivery partner

    1. Ensure the product is securely packed for return

Return pickups are available in most locations. If pickup is not serviceable, customers may be asked to ship the product manually.


🔹 3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

    • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp

    • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, such as:

    • UPI / Wallet

    • Credit/Debit Card

    • Net Banking

    • COD refunds (via bank transfer)

❗ Partial Refunds (if applicable)

A partial refund may be issued if:

    • The product packaging is damaged

    • The product shows signs of use

    • Return is initiated after 03 days (case-by-case basis)


🔹 4. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in cases where:

    • The product arrived damaged

    • The wrong product was delivered

    • The product has a manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.


🔹 5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Contact your bank or payment provider

🔹 6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return as per policy.
